Crystallisation

For the crystallisation of metal fluorides, a system was developed that makes it possible to regenerate the resulting pickling baths. This is an evaporation
crystallization process. Vapour-volatile substances such as nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and water are distilled. At the same time metal crystals are
formed, which are discharged via a suitable device and separated at a separate stage of the liquid. In order to implement the process in this way and with
particularly high-quality materials, this is done in a vacuum.

The systems are adapted to local conditions. Additional pre-concentration stages can be integrated for larger volume flows.
